Strength in Numbers: Group Classes That Deliver
Join us for weekly group workouts designed for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Our sessions provide a dynamic, game-like environment where players enhance their skills in a competitive yet fun atmosphere. Focused on both individual skill development and team concepts, these classes are crafted to translate training into real game situations.
Each 1-hour session includes 45 minutes of targeted skill work and small sided games—covering areas like shooting, dribbling, footwork and more—followed by competitive scrimmages to apply and refine those skills. With multiple classes offered each week at Freeland Sportszone, athletes can push their limits, compete with peers, and see tangible improvements in their performance.
